11. Are customized items returnable?

Unfortunately, customized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a clear error or defect caused by us. Please double-check spelling, number selection, and size before confirming your order.

12. Do you sell youth and women’s sizes?

20. How do I start a return or exchange?
